Recent Campaigns – Launch of St David’s 2 Oct – Dec 2009
Open were responsible for the outdoor media element of the recent launch campaign for St David’s 2 in Cardiff, a major extension of the existing shopping centre. As well as putting together a campaign utilising a variety of traditional OOH formats, we worked closely with their media agency to implement a number of more innovative outdoor extensions to the campaign to add impact to the campaign. These elements included special build 48 sheets, night & day production techniques on Backlight 48 sheets and a clean graffiti campaign.
The overall launch campaign was hailed as a great success with over 500,000 shoppers visiting the centre within the first 3 days of its opening!
